The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website http://www.fredfirenze.com/gb/ under the distance selling regulations.
Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT and delivery costs for all EU member States. Import duties for the USA, Switzerland and Norway and extra EU member state are not included.
All payment transactions are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States.
No extra payment will be required upon delivery.
Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders destined outside the European Union.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered.
In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited.
Delivery times depend exclusively on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.
YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN AN ORDER
FR&D FIRENZE guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes.
You can return a product to FR&D FIRENZE within 15 days of receiving your order.
The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.
You cannot return:
- personalized products
- products purchased for professional and/or commercial use
Products returned without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.
Customers who have an account should open an RMA procedure from the dedicated area in their personal page. Customers who have renounced to create an account should give written notice of their wish to cancel the purchase through registered mail at PELLETTERIA LA MELINA srl, via Benozzo Gozzoli 5, 50018 Scandicci (FI) ITALY and eventually also via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
FR&D FIRENZE reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Tuscany Leather suggests to use a tracked shipping system.
WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Tuscany Leather within 48 hours of the delivery.
FR&D FIRENZE reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify FR&D FIRENZE within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to email@example.com
Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and FR&D FIRENZE takes place in Italy and is regulated by the relevant Italian Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations.
